How much of your life feels like your own?
Life looks good. But you don’t enjoy it.
You can build a life that looks successful and leave little room for what makes you feel alive.

Comfort, stability and achievement may matter to you. But does this life give you something to wake up for? Adventure, love, freedom, the chance to create something of your own. Which of your wishes have you made real, and which still have no place in your life?
What happened to the life you once dreamed of?
Things are going well. I want more.
Your options may have expanded while your view of yourself stayed the same.

As more becomes possible for you, the life you want may change too. What can you do now? Are you still using an old idea of yourself to decide what’s possible?
What could you try today that you still think is not for you?
Men want you. But you still long for warmth and closeness.
A man can want you without wanting a relationship with you. Your idea of “the one” may come from what you’ve been taught to want. Who would you actually be happy with?

Attraction doesn’t mean a man wants to stay and build a relationship. It helps to understand his intentions, and your own wishes too. Your idea of “the one” may come from other people’s stories, advertising and perfect images. What kind of man could you love, desire and respect in real life?
You’re attracted to him. But would you want to build a life with him?
I want to earn on my own terms.
You don’t have to make money the way others do. You can turn what you know, what you’re good at and what you want to do into something people value.

You don’t have to limit yourself to existing jobs and business ideas. As the world changes, people want things that did not exist before. You can work out what you could offer people based on your interests, knowledge and abilities. Who could benefit from what you can imagine and create?
What would you like to be paid for, and who might value it?
I work harder. I do not earn more.
Your income doesn’t measure how hard you try. People pay for what they value.

The money is in other people’s hands. To earn it, it helps to understand what they would get from you and why they want it. This matters in a job as well as in your own business. What can you do, understand or create that someone would want to pay you for?
Who needs what you can offer, and do they understand its value?
I love someone. But I’m losing myself.
Do you give in because you want to, or because you’re afraid of losing their love?

“If you love me, you will.” That can turn someone else’s wish into your duty, while your own wishes go unheard. Can you say no without having to prove your love again?
Is there room in this relationship for what you need?
I don’t feel like doing anything. Not even the things I used to love.
Sometimes “I don’t want anything” comes after years of “I shouldn’t”, “not now” and “that’s silly”.
If you spend years telling yourself “not now”, you can lose touch with your wishes. Your body has a voice too: it needs rest, movement and pleasure. What is happening for you: have your wishes changed, do you lack the energy for them, or have you learned to say no to yourself?
Which of your wishes have you learned not to take seriously?

I want to create. But I keep putting it off.
When your first attempt has to prove your talent, it becomes harder to begin.
You can want to create and still fear what the result will say about you. What are you demanding of yourself before you even begin? What happens if you try without that demand?
What would you try if your first attempt could simply be a first attempt?
It’s over. But it doesn’t feel over.
Sometimes you hold on to the person. Sometimes you hold on to the life you hoped to have with them.

After a relationship ends, love, pain, anger and the future you imagined may still be there. What keeps you in this story? What do you still want from life?
What part of this story is still unfinished for you?
I keep thinking it through. Nothing gets clearer.
A thought can feel true through repetition, even if you’ve never checked it.

When one explanation keeps returning, it can start to feel like a fact. What do you actually know? What are you still assuming?
Which thought feels more true simply because you keep thinking it?
My own traits get in my way.
The same trait can drain you in one setting and open up possibilities in another.

Sensitivity, drive, caution and curiosity can work in different ways. Your task, how you feel and the people around you matter. What happens to this trait in a different setting or with different people?
When has this trait been a strength for you?
I keep comparing myself with others.
Do you want this person’s life, or the impression it makes?
You see someone else’s results. But do you want the life that comes with them? If you share similar wishes and values, their success can give you ideas and confidence: that path exists. You don’t have to do better than someone else to respect yourself.
What do you want to achieve, and what are you trying to prove about yourself?
Every mistake feels like proof that something is wrong with me.
One failed attempt doesn’t define what you’re capable of. What went wrong, and why did you turn it into a judgment of yourself?
An attempt depends on your skills, how you feel, other people, timing and your approach. What exactly did not work? How did that become a judgment of you as a person?
What does this mistake tell you about the attempt, and what did you decide about yourself?
I have a lot to offer. But I hesitate to name my price.
When you name your price, you may think about how much the person will give up. They may be thinking about what they will get.

Someone may want your experience, your work or what you create. They pay to get something that matters to them. What does your offer make possible, and why do you believe it is worth paying for?
Do you understand the value you’re asking someone to pay for?

Questions and answers
What is I. AM?
I. AM gives you a personal AI guide called Iskra. Talk to her to understand yourself, other people and what is happening in your life. Find ways forward and move towards the life you dream of.
Is this for men and women?
Yes. Iskra helps both men and women build the life they want.
I know men’s experience from the inside. I wanted to understand women so I could love and build the kind of relationships I wanted. I paid attention to the woman beside me: what she wanted, how she felt and why she acted as she did. I learned to notice when I understood her and when I was mistaking my own expectations for reality. Iskra helps men understand women and women understand men. My approach considers differences between the sexes, as well as each person’s nature and history. Love, family, your own business, freedom — what matters is the life you want to build.
How is this different from a general AI chat?
I built my knowledge of the mind, body, people and the world into Iskra’s approach. Her purpose is to help you understand the life you long for, what stands in your way and how to deal with it. She asks questions, looks for connections, considers different explanations and remembers important context. She is on your side and can be direct about something you may be missing. You can experience this approach in the free demo conversation.
Where will Iskra lead me?
Only God knows where your path with Iskra will lead. I created her to help you understand yourself, see your possibilities and build a life around what makes you feel alive. Over time, you may see more clearly what life you want and why it matters to you. Your dream and purpose take shape through your own path. Iskra helps you find it and move forward.
Who’s behind I. AM?
I sometimes ask myself: would my five-year-old self like who I’ve become? That kid had heroes, dreams and a whole world ahead of him.
I want to live a life that makes me say yes. Stay curious, love, create something of my own. Choose how I spend my life.
I also know what it feels like to lose faith in yourself and see no way forward. That’s why I love seeing someone find a way through what once felt impossible. They begin to understand what they want and find ways to make it happen.
Iskra carries my philosophy, my character and my curiosity about people. I want more people to feel alive and excited about their lives. And I’m curious to see what they create when they understand themselves better and believe in what they can do.
What is the approach based on?
Mathematical thinking and philosophy helped me connect what I observed. I studied people: human nature, the brain, the mind and the soul. I explored the biology of behavior, how the nervous system works and the links between the mind and hormones. I studied religions and questions of meaning, comparing what I learned with my own life and the lives of people around me.
That shaped an approach that connects thoughts, the body, relationships and everyday life. Iskra uses this knowledge to notice what matters in your situation and updates her understanding as you talk. To help you see yourself, other people and your possibilities more clearly.
What does Iskra mean?
Iskra is the Russian word for “spark”. I come from a Russian-speaking background, and the name carries a personal meaning for me. In my philosophy, the human soul is a spark of God: the living source of love, desire, creativity and freedom. I call the guide Iskra because she helps you understand that part of yourself and give it expression in your choices, relationships and work. Let your spark shape your life.
What does AM mean?
AM stands for Artificial Mind. Iskra helps you see more, think more clearly and understand yourself and the world. So you can make your own choices, see more possibilities and build the life you dream of. A life that lights you up. I. AM also echoes “I am”: a reminder that this is your life.
Why does the creator stay anonymous?
I’m not looking for fame. I like staying anonymous. I want to create, live on my own terms and see what my ideas can change in the world. Staying out of the spotlight gives me more freedom to carry out my plans and work towards my dream. I. AM is part of that journey.
How does Iskra’s memory help me?
You can return to what matters. Iskra uses important context from your past conversations when you continue a topic or share something new.
What happens to my conversations and Iskra’s memory?
Your chat history and what Iskra remembers about you are stored on my server. An AI provider processes your messages and relevant context to generate replies. I don’t sell your data or use your conversations to target ads.
Many services learn about your interests to decide what to show you and what to offer you. Iskra gets to know you to help you understand yourself and others, see more possibilities and build a life on your own terms.
Here, understanding you means helping you. You choose what to share.
What if I do not know where to start?
Start in your own words. Iskra will ask questions, help you understand what matters and find a next step.
Will Iskra make decisions for me?
Iskra explores, explains and offers options. She may also point out a contradiction or something you’re not seeing clearly. You can question her, disagree and choose another path. Her purpose is to strengthen your understanding, independence and ability to act.
